about

This was one of the earliest releases from the young FTM REC that wasn't a release of the label namesake or one of it's direct affiliates. Rachel was a super liberal pro life LGBT activist from Corpus Christi, Tx our paths crossed in late 2001 and by mid 2002 recording of Rachel's Revolution, her debut full length demo album was under way. Once the album was released she played a handful of shows before disappearing from the scene and losing contact with everyone involved. The album was thought to be lost forever on our end, till recently some low quality .mp3's were on a backup disc collecting dust. I've done what I could to fix things up and bit but the dithering still shines through, thankfully even so I still feel the music shines even brighter! Hopefully, things are going good for her these days and she is rejoicing with the Supreme Courts ruling on Gay Marriage. Cheers Rachel to you and your Revolution wherever you are!
